It's a Boy!

So on Monday, Kate and Wills first child was born, Prince George! So I thought to celebrate the royal baby boy, I would do a little collection of all things blue from my stash! Blue isn't too hard to wear on the nails but on the face, it's a little more tricky so I chose a little eyeshadow trio from 17 and some blue eyeliners from Barry M and Collection and then a few polishes from Barry M (of course!) and Sinful Colours.

There are loads of different shades of blue nail polish. Barry M's blueberry is a nice bright baby blue colour (fitting!) and would look lovely on holiday. Then I have two other polishes both of which are textured. The first is Sinful Colours' Hottie which is a mix of different shades of blue glitters which would look lovely on your ring finger  if you have blue nails. Or you can go for a textured finish with Barry M's Atlantic road. This is a really unique texture and so would be good for festivals or something colourful and creative.

Blue eyeliners are a really nice way of incorporating some colour into your eyes. You could smudge Collection 2000's Intense Colour liner in the water line because it's nice and soft and creamy. Or you could create a more solid, neater line on your top lash line with Barry M's Kohl Liner. If you prefer powder to line your eyes, you can use the 17 eyeshadow trio in midnight storm or you could create a blue themed smoky eye look with this trio.

Are you excited for the new arrival?
